❌ No Return / No Replacement (General Policy)

  • We do not accept returns or replacements for books once they are delivered.

  • This includes cases such as:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Ordering the wrong book

    • Disliking the content, print, or edition

    • Minor variations in cover design or paper quality

✅ Return Policy for Defective Products (7 Days Only)

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Defective products may include:

    • Misprinted or missing pages

    • Physically damaged books (torn, water-damaged, or badly bound)

    • Incorrect book sent (different from what was ordered)

📌 Conditions for Return Approval

  • The book must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and invoice must be retained.

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect may be required for verification.

🔁 Replacement / Refund

  • Once the defect is verified, we will arrange:

    • A replacement, subject to availability, or

    • A refund, if replacement is not possible
